Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Cora (the "app", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
Cora helps Instagram creators and businesses plan, organise and publish content. Some features connect to your Instagram account through the official Instagram API and act only on the instructions you give in the app.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app.
- You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Connecting Instagram
- Connecting Instagram is optional. When you connect, you authorise us to read your profile and media and — only when you explicitly schedule or publish — to post on your behalf.
- You may disconnect Instagram or remove the app's access at any time (see Data Deletion).
- Your use of Instagram also remains subject to Instagram's and Meta's own terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or violates Instagram's Community Guidelines or Platform Terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Use the service to spam, or to post on accounts you do not own or have permission to manage.
Your content
You retain all rights to the content you create or upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and publish that content to Instagram on your behalf, solely to provide the service.
AI features
AI-generated captions and suggestions are provided "as is" to assist you. You are responsible for reviewing anything you publish. Suggestions may be inaccurate; always check before posting.
Cora Pro subscriptions
Cora is free to use. Cora Pro is an optional subscription that raises the Free plan's limits. The Pro screen in the app lists what each plan includes.
Pro is sold by Daniil Popov, an individual developer, through the App Store and Google Play.
- What you buy. Pro, billed monthly or yearly. The price and currency are the ones the App Store or Google Play shows you for your country before you confirm, including any taxes they apply.
- Automatic renewal. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown at that time, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. The renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancelling. Cancel in your store's subscription settings: App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app or your Cora account does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Free trial. Some plans come with a free trial. Its length is shown before you confirm, and the store decides whether you are eligible. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the price shown. Each store account can use a trial once.
- Refunds. Apple and Google take the payments, not us. We never see your card and cannot issue refunds ourselves. To ask for one, use Apple's Report a Problem or Google Play's refund request. This does not affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
- Price changes. If the price of a subscription changes, your store tells you in advance and, where the law or the store requires it, asks for your consent before charging the new price.
- Other devices. Pro belongs to your Cora account. On a new device, sign in; if Pro does not show up, tap "restore" on the Pro screen.
If you downloaded Cora from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What you keep
- If you used Cora before Pro launched (app version 1.0.8), you keep everything you had then. Accounts, planned posts, layout versions and storyboards that go over the Free limits are not removed. The limits only apply when you add something new.
- If your Pro subscription ends, nothing you made is deleted. You can still view, edit and delete everything above the Free limits, but you cannot add more until you are back under the limit or subscribe again. Pro-only extras go back to what the Free plan includes.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of the service or from actions taken by Instagram/Meta on your account.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
